1. Purpose
The Zenvistas (hereinafter referred to as “Company, We, Our, us”) is committed to ensuring the privacy of
our customers, and website visitors (hereinafter referred to as “Users”). We in Zenvistas implement
security controls like Data Loss Prevention tools, Firewalls, regular Vulnerability Assessments, and
Penetration Testing to protect privacy and prevent breaches of privacy of any user or customer of Zenvistas
Group.
The purpose of this policy is to make the users aware of what data we collect, why we collect, and how
securely we store & process it. Also, to introduce user’s rights against the data we collect, or users
provide.
By browsing our website users are providing us consent to collect and process their data and by default,

company also collects data in different ways and different forms. The ways include but are not limited to:

- When the user visits the construction site or project site offices and provides information by filling

the construction projects or for support.

- Users can refuse to provide the asked information in the form, to the sales executive or to channel
partners but, it may lead to not providing the required services from Zenvistas.

Information collection is based on the services we provide to the
users. The main purpose of the collection of data/information is to provide the requested services to the
users. Following is a brief description of why we collect information from users:
- To improve the services, we provide to the users; information provided by users helps us respond to the
user’s queries, service requests and support needs more effectively.
- To analyze the behavior of the group of users on our site so that we can provide personalized services
to the users.
- To run the marketing campaigns, services, promotions, etc.
- To send periodic emails or SMS or WhatsApp or IVR regarding the services they opted for.
Data that is not required to fulfill the users’ requirements and to provide the services will not be

any information in a cloud environment outside of India.

7. Retention of Information
User's personal information will be kept only till it is required to provide the services and to comply

Personal information will be deleted once the purpose of the collection has been done and there is no need

store and process the information. Zenvistas has the right to retain personal information to comply with
